4. Melt the butter in a separate bowl. We also add fresh sour cream. All this is thoroughly mixed. We rub the cheese on the smallest grater.

  • two onions;
  • 70g butter;
  • 100g hard cheese (spicy);
  • breadcrumbs;
  • 1 tbsp l. flour (any kind).

The cooking process is very simple:

1. We clean the fish from scales, remove the insides. We only need carp fillet.

2. We take a deep container in which we will bake the fish. Its bottom is generously lubricated with oil. Then lay out the fillet. We send the dishes to the oven and bake the fish until half cooked.

3. We remove the skin from the mushrooms, rinse them thoroughly with tap water, and then cut into large slices. Put the mushroom pieces in a small saucepan, add the onion rings and pepper there. Pour in ¼ cup of water. At this stage, you can s alt the dish. Simmer the mushrooms until fully cooked. This will take about 5 minutes. Then we send the mushrooms to a container with fish fillet.
