Easy recipe
It is designed for 4 servings. Very few ingredients are required.
What you need:
- four steaks;
- half a lemon (juice);
- refined vegetable oil;
- butter spoon;
- pepper;
- s alt.
Cooking:
- Rinse the steaks with water, dry, then grate with spices (s alt and pepper).
- Pour vegetable oil into a clean frying pan, heat it up, put the pieces of salmon so that there is a small distance between them. Otherwise, they will be steamed, not fried, and the crispy crust will not work.
- Fry the steaks for 4 minutes on each side over medium heat.

You can cook salmon in breadcrumbs according to the same recipe. It is also allowed to roll it in flour before frying.
With dill
Another easy pan fried salmon recipe. You need a minimum of products, namely:
- 300 g salmon (for two servings);
- dill;
- olive oil;
- s alt;
- butter.
Cooking:
- Cut a piece of fish into two pieces.
- Grate with s alt and olive oil.
- Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, put a piece of salmon in it and fry on one side for about 3-4 minutes, then turn over to the other side and fry for about 5 minutes. Make sure that the fish does not dry out.

You will need:
- 1.5kg salmon;
- two tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 3cm ginger root;
- two tablespoons of sesame seeds;
- two tablespoons of soy sauce;
- ground black pepper.
Cooking:
- Grate rootginger.
- Mix the root with vegetable oil, pepper and soy sauce.
- Smear the salmon pieces with the resulting marinade and leave to soak for 10 minutes.
- Roll each piece of fish in sesame seeds.
- In a hot frying pan, fry the salmon in vegetable oil on both sides (4-5 minutes each).
Serve vegetables or rice as a garnish with pan-fried salmon.
Gourmet dish
Recipe, as they say, restaurant, and it will require the following ingredients:
- four steaks;
- vegetable oil;
- 250g yoghurt (unsweetened, no filler or additives);
- fresh cucumber;
- garlic;
- lemon;
- s alt.
Cooking:
- Rinse the steaks, pat dry and remove the bones with tweezers.
- Sprinkle salmon with lemon juice.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, put the fish and fry, without turning, but pour boiling oil during frying. The fish will be ready if it becomes paler on top and clear juice comes out of it when pressed. S alt just before the end of frying.
- Make a sauce of yogurt and blended cucumber with s alt and minced garlic.
Serve pan-fried salmon steaks with lettuce and boiled potatoes.
With apple-onion sauce
How to fry fish? To begin with, it can be marinated for a new taste.
What you need for the marinade:
- lemon juice;
- pepper;
- s alt;
- dill.
For sauce:
- three tablespoons of butter;
- three leeks (white part);
- ½ green apple;
- s alt;
- white pepper;
Recipe step by step pan-fried salmon:
- Grate fish pieces with s alt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice, put dill sprigs and leave to marinate for a quarter of an hour at room temperature.
- Melt the butter in a bowl, then put the grated apple into it, add the finely chopped leek, s alt, pepper, put on the fire and cook for about 8 minutes with constant stirring. When it begins to boil, remove from heat.
- Free the pickled fish from the dill so that it does not burn in the pan, and fry in vegetable oil on both sides - 4 minutes each.
Pan-fried salmon served with onion-apple sauce, fresh vegetables and fluffy rice.
With cauliflower
The original recipe with vegetables will appeal to lovers of diet food.
What you need:
- 330g fish;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 150g hard cheese;
- 300g cauliflower;
- 3 garlic cloves;
- s alt, pepper;
- basil.
Cooking:
- Cabbage divided into inflorescences. Peel the garlic, wash the tomatoes and cut into cubes. Finely grate the cheese.
- Cut fish into portionspieces.
- Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the garlic cloves for a minute, then remove it (it is no longer needed).
- In this oil, put the cabbage florets and simmer for about 10 minutes on a moderate flame, then add the tomatoes, simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Put the salmon pieces in the pan, season with s alt and pepper, throw in the dried basil, cover and cook for about 10 minutes.
- A couple of minutes before the readiness to open the lid and sprinkle the contents of the pan with grated cheese and close again. Keep on fire for another minute or two.
Choice of fish
The freshness of fish is one of the important criteria for obtaining a dish with high taste. Fresh salmon has an elastic flesh with a dense structure. Since there are mostly frozen fish on sale, you need to focus on its color: it should not be too pale or, conversely, too saturated. Paleness speaks of repeated defrosting and freezing, in which case the fish will turn out dry. Too bright color may indicate the use of dyes. Natural salmon is not uniform but has light streaks.
Cooking secrets
It is best to fry the salmon in a thick-bottomed frying pan, which must first be properly heated.
Cut into pieces about 2.5 cm thick. Too thick ones may not be fried, and thin ones will be dry.
The most successful sauce in which to fry salmon is cream or sour cream.
