It will need the following ingredients:
- 1 cup sesame seeds;
- 1 tablespoon hemp oil;
- 4 glasses of clean water;
- 2 large dates, pitted;
- 1 teaspoon vanilla powder or extract;
- a pinch of Himalayan or sea s alt.
How to cook?
It is better to use Indian sesame for this recipe. Soak the seeds in enough water and leave overnight in the refrigerator.
Then strain and rinse the sesame, draining the water. Place the soaked seeds and fresh water in a blender, blend for 30-60 seconds, depending on how powerful your device is.
