Classic canned fish soup recipe
To prepare such a dish, we need all the above ingredients, as well as a jar of canned fish (mackerel or sardine is best for this) in oil. First of all, we clean our vegetables, and then cut the potatoes into cubes, carrots into circles or stripes, and diligently chop the onion. Then we put a pot of water on the fire, wait for the water to boil, and throw carrots and onions to it, after which we cook such a vegetable broth for 5 minutes. Next, in accordance with the recipe for canned fish soup, put pepper, bay leaf and potatoes in a saucepan, after which we continue to cook the soup for another 15 minutes so that the potatoes become soft. In the end, all that remains is to throw canned food into the pan along with the liquid, wait a couple of minutes, s alt the soup in your own waytaste and add chopped greens there.
Classic fish fillet soup recipe
If instead of canned fish you have fish fillet, then this is also not a problem. The recipe for this soup almost completely repeats the recipe for canned fish soup. Also here you will need to clean and cut the vegetables. Just as when preparing fish soup from canned food, first boil water, then boil the chopped carrots and onions there for 5 minutes, then put the potatoes there. But this time you don’t have to wait for it to soften, and immediately after 2 minutes it will be possible to lay our fish there one piece at a time. Next, put the bay leaf, add some s alt to the soup, cook it for about 10 minutes, removing the scale that has formed, and at the end we throw chopped greens into the pan, and our first dish will be ready.
Creamy Soup
If you want to slightly improve our first course and make it more tender and refined, you can cook a creamy fish soup, the recipe with a photo of which you will now see. For this soup you will need:
- 100 grams of processed cream cheese;
- 100 grams of millet;
- 2 large potatoes;
- a jar of canned fish in its own juice;
- 1 tablespoon butter;
- s alt, herbs and pepper.
For such a soup, first of all, we put the washed millet in the pan and immediately put it on the fire. As the water boils, we remove the noise from it and put the peeled and choppedpotatoes. While it is being cooked for 15 minutes, we knead the melted cheese, which is then sent to the potatoes. After that, mix the soup well and put our fish in the pan, and then s alt and pepper to taste. Those who love pink salmon the most among fish can cook soup with it, and notwith standard mackerel or sardine. Moreover, the ingredients here will be the same as for the classic fish soup, only 3 tablespoons of millet will be added to them. And the process of making such a soup will be slightly different.
We also put a pot of water on the fire here, but as soon as it boils, it will immediately need to drain the liquid from the pink salmon jar and add millet groats. While the millet is cooking, we cut our vegetables - potatoes, carrots and onions, and after 10 minutes add them to the pan, and also add a little s alt to our canned fish soup. After that, cook the dish for another 10 minutes and add pink salmon there, which should first be cut into small pieces. Cook everything together for another 5 minutes, and the dish will be completely ready. It remains only to add chopped greens to the pan, and after a few minutes you can serve the soup to the table.

The cooking process of this dish is almost identical to the process of making ordinary fish soup. Water is also put on fire, you also need to wait until it boils, and add chopped potatoes there along with s alt. Then, after 5 minutes, chopped carrots and onions will need to be added to the pan. And while the vegetables are cooking, you will needremove the skin from the tomato and cut it into oblong pieces. And when the potatoes are cooked, it remains to add tomatoes with canned fish to the soup, boil them for 5 minutes, pour chopped greens into the pan, and everything will be ready.

- a jar of canned fish;
- 350 ml milk;
- canned corn;
- 3 tbsp butter;
- standard onions, carrots and potatoes;
- 2 garlic cloves;
- s alt and pepper to taste.
To prepare such an unusual canned fish soup, first, of course, as usual, we clean and cut vegetables, and chop garlic. After that, we melt the butter in a saucepan with a thick bottom and sauté the onion and garlic in it. Then we add carrots and potatoes there, pour in water, s alt a little and leave the soup to cook for 20 minutes. During this time, you will need to grate hard cheese and then throw it, fish, milk and corn into a saucepan with vegetables. After that, the soup should boil, immediately chopped greens are laid in it, and the dish will be ready.
Soup with rice and fish fillet
If you want to make the dish even more interesting and satisfying,then in this case it is best to cook fish soup with rice, which is made almost the same as a regular one, but at the same time it has a piquant taste and freshness. And we need the following for this:
- 500 grams of fish fillet;
- 2-3 juicy tomatoes;
- 5 tablespoons of rice;
- bay leaf and herbs;
- s alt, spices and pepper to taste.
Here, the first step is to fill the prepared fish fillet with water, put the pan on the fire and boil it for 15 minutes. After that, to prepare fish soup, we need to add pepper, s alt, spices and bay leaves to the fish, cook the broth for a couple more minutes and pull the fish out of the pan. And instead of it, you will need to put pre-soaked rice in the pan and, while it is being cooked, you should peel and cut the tomatoes into rings. After 15 minutes, the tomatoes fall to the rice, and after another 3 minutes, add our boiled and cut into portioned fish fillets into the pan. It remains to let the soup boil, add chopped greens there, and the dish will be ready.

- In all the above recipes, the amount of water for the soup should be about two liters, but if you want to get a thinner soup, you can take more water, and less thick soup.
- Add canned fish or chopped fillets to the soup at the very end, and carefully, a piece aftera piece so that the fish does not turn into porridge.
