What's more, this treat doesn't require any exotic ingredients and is fairly easy to prepare.

Holiday recipe: stuffed tomatoes with cheese and breadcrumbs

For multiple servings you will need:

  • 2 large ripe tomatoes, firm, no dents or damage;
  • 30g hard cheese;
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoons crushed breadcrumbs;
  • olive oil, garlic and s alt.

This French dish is also called tomatoes"Provencal", and it is prepared in this way: for the filling, mix breadcrumbs, chopped cheese, spices like Provence herbs and olive oil. You can also add crushed garlic. Mix the mass thoroughly. Prepare large and strong tomatoes as follows: cut off the top (about a fifth of the tomato) and remove the pulp with a spoon. Bake stuffed tomatoes (cheese and chicken) for 15 minutes at 200-230 degrees, then the cheese will brown well, and the vegetables will be covered with a stunningly beautiful crust.
