In our country, soup is an essential attribute of any dinner, so children are taught to eat it from early childhood. Even from grandmothers, everyone remembered that the liquid first is mandatory. True, today experts argue about whether soups are so useful for children. Someone refers to the fact that the broth contains a lot of carcinogens and other harmful substances. Those who argue otherwise say that it is very good for digestion.

Moms listen to all this attentively, and most of them agree that children need soups. Indeed, if there is any doubt about the usefulness of meat broth, you can do without it.

Soups for children up to a year or a little older are a lifeline for many mothers, and this is due to the fact that not all babies have a smooth transition from mashed potatoes to food in pieces, and the already mentioned first can be considered an intermediate stage. And many of them generally refuse the second, and the only way to give such a child meat is soup.

For the preparation of the first course for the baby on meat broth, it is desirable:

  • use lean beef, turkey fillet or chicken;
  • cut the meat immediately into small pieces;
  • boil the meat for a few minutes in water, then drain it, then fill the pot with clean water and only then cook the soup.

The change of water is due to the fact that the harmful substances that are found in meat (carcinogens, synthetic additives, hormones) are released into the liquid when it boils and in the first minutes of cooking, so the broth cooked in this way will be much "cleaner ". So this recommendation will not be superfluous for adults either.

Soups for young children are brewed without the use of garlic, pepper, bay leaves and strong-smelling seasonings. Vegetables before laying in the broth are not passivated. If the baby does not eat the pieces yet, the cooked soup can be chopped in a blender. The above-mentioned spices can be added to soups for children from one year old.

The following describes two simple ways to prepare soups, slightly modifying which, you can feed both a small child and an older child.

It cooks very quickly, and will bring pleasure to both children and adults. By the way, chicken broth is very useful for colds, so soup based on it is an excellent way to restore strength.

The following ingredients are used for cooking:

  • 1 chicken breast;
  • a couple of medium potatoes;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 1clove of garlic;
  • half onion (optional);
  • bay leaf, pepper (peas), dill and parsley.
  • small vermicelli.

Rinse the chicken breast, cut into small pieces and boil for five minutes, change the water. Add vegetables (except potatoes) and spices to the pan, cook for 10 minutes. Then add potatoes, bring to a state of readiness. Add vermicelli and herbs to the pan for 3 minutes. Soup for the kids is ready. If the dish is intended for a baby under one year old, spices can be omitted, leaving only greens.

These vegetables cannot be called everyone's favorite, but the cream soup from them turns out to be very tasty, and their benefits for the body are very great.

The following components are used for cooking:

  • piece of turkey fillet (300-400 grams);
  • half a head of broccoli and the same amount of cauliflower;
  • 1 carrot;
  • cream 10% - 500-700 ml;
  • 1 garlic clove;
  • 150 grams of parmesan cheese.

Cooking is not difficult at all: the meat must be washed and cut into medium pieces, boiled for 5 minutes, drained. Cream is added to it (you can dilute it a little with water), chopped carrots and garlic. At the same stage, s alt and pepper are added.

Broccoli and cauliflower cook very quickly, so they are placed in the pan when the meat and carrots are almost ready, while they must first be washed and disassembled into inflorescences. Ready soupcrushed in a blender. Sprinkle with grated parmesan before serving.
