- drinking water - 1.5 liters;
- vodka - 2 tablespoons;
- pair of laurels;
- s alt, pepper, parsley and a sprig of mint.
Steps of the cooking process:
- Pearl groats should be soaked in cold water, at least for a couple of hours. After that, it is boiled for about 30 minutes, a sample is taken and, if ready, then the water is drained from it and washed.
- Onion and carrots are fried in a frying pan in oil - they are roasting.
- Pour 1.5 liters of water into a saucepan and set to boil.
- The potatoes are cut and placed in boiling water.
- As soon as the potatoes soften, barley is added to it.
- Bring the contents of the pot to a boil again, then lay out the frying and addlavrushka. The fire is reduced.
- Tomatoes are cut into pieces, stewed a little and sent to the soup. If tomato juice is used, then it is poured immediately into the pan.
- The next step is to add the tuna, mashed with a fork. The juice from it is also sent to the soup. Stirring.
- Pour the indicated amount of vodka and simmer the dish for another 10 minutes.
- S alt and pepper to taste.

- s alt, ground pepper, lavrushka - all at your discretion.

- The groats are boiled until tender. Drain water from it.
- Put a pot of water on the stove.
