In Moscow, next to the famous Chistye Prudy, an establishment with an intriguing sign "Happiness" is comfortably located. This name alone makes passers-by stop and look into the restaurant: maybe happiness is really there?

Interior

Cafe "Happiness" (Moscow) on Chistoprudny Boulevard - a branch of the St. Petersburg restaurant of the same name. Like other establishments of this network, it is decorated in a loft style. The interior of the room is very light and airy, despite the abundance of massive elements: heavy chandeliers and lamps, voluminous furniture and, of course, large plaster angels with dreamy faces.

The latter seem superfluous here. Perhaps the owners of the network associate happiness with these inhabitants of the heavenly office, but visitors do not share their opinion. These figurines never differed in grace, and over time they also lost their whiteness and smoothness.

The room is decorated in white and light beige colors. Yes, beautiful, but somewhat reminiscent of hospital rooms. The sterile whiteness of the restaurant is diluted with rare blotches of delicate greenery:tables are vases with fragile bouquets. It looks very elegant and spring-like fresh. And when else to think about the upcoming happiness, if not in the spring?

Light wooden tables and soft sofas are combined here with deliberately aged sideboards and raw brick walls. The skillful hands of designers and decorators have obviously been working on authentic scuffs on the shelves and doors for more than one day. In general, a characteristic feature of the style of this institution is a bold mix of time-tested classics and cutting-edge elements.

In the design of the restaurant, the designers used a lot of natural materials: stone, wood, textiles. This creates a warm and cozy atmosphere in the establishment, which is greatly facilitated by live plants in tubs.

The brand-chef Dmitry Reshetnikov was engaged in the development of the design of the chain of restaurants "Happiness". He also made the restaurant's menu.

Menu

The restaurant menu was worked out no less carefully than the decoration of the hall. That's why it includes only the most luxurious dishes from the three best cuisines in the world - Spanish, Italian and French.

The menu is designed in such a way that it meets the needs of most visitors. That's why here you can find quite a standard set of Russian favorite dishes: Caesar and Greek salads, bolognese pasta and carbonara. Guests of the restaurant will also be offered cheese, meat and vegetable plates.

The menu of the cafe "Happiness" (Moscow, Chistye Prudy) turned outvoluminous: it presents 12 salads, 12 pastas, 6 soups, 9 fish and 13 meat hot dishes, carpaccio. Along with the usual, well-known dishes, the menu also includes such original items as pasta with salmon and spinach and mint sauce or pasta with pumpkin, gorgonzola, mushrooms and tomatoes. Meat dishes here are varied: the restaurant serves dishes from rabbit, lamb, chicken, duck and beef. The choice of fish is somewhat smaller - salmon, halibut and sea bream. In addition to fish, octopus, tiger prawns, squid and scallops are cooked here.

Desserts and alcohol

Desserts deserve special attention: they are wonderful in "Happiness". It is probably not for nothing that the owners of this restaurant decided to open a network of their own pastry shops. They want to bring to life those recipes that simply did not fit on the menu of "Happiness".

For dessert, here you can order several types of macaroons, meringues, profiteroles and homemade cookies. Milkshakes, which are widely represented on the menu, are perfect for these treats.

The wine list of the restaurant is not very large. The chef sommelier Alina Rapold was involved in its development. But the bar menu, developed by bar manager Alexei Trunov, will delight lovers of light and tasty alcoholic cocktails.

Schedule and children's menu at the cafe "Happiness" (Moscow)

Breakfasts in this establishment can cheer up even a person who has to rush to work at 6 o'clock in the morning. There is a wide selection of cereals, cereals, pancakes, cheesecakes and pancakes, generouslyseasoned with fresh fruits and berries. For fans of sweet delicacies, the restaurant chefs are ready to prepare croissants or cakes decorated with berry jam.

This fruit and berry splendor will be especially pleasant for children: they will gladly eat a portion of such oatmeal, which is unloved by many. By the way, there is a separate menu for kids in the restaurant.

Breakfast on weekdays ends at 12.00, but on weekends it lasts until 18.00!

The restaurant has a business lunch, the menu of which is valid only on weekdays, from 12.00 to 16.00. Guests of the restaurant can order a set lunch of two (250 rubles) or three (280 rubles) courses.

The restaurant provides a table reservation service, as there is no shortage of visitors on hot summer days.

The "Shchastya" cafe on the roof and other branches of Moscow has a "take-away" service. It only applies to desserts. Each guest can buy a set of profiteroles, meringues or macaroons: the purchase will be carefully packed in a gift box and prepared for transportation.

Another nice service for lovers of local pastries is the production of cakes weighing 0, 3, 0, 5 or0.7 kilograms per order.

Since "Happiness" is a whole network of cafes and restaurants in St. Petersburg and Moscow, everyone who was satisfied with his "brothers" in other cities enters the institution.

The cafe staff will be glad to see visitors with children: a separate menu has been created for them with a lot of delicious and he althy dishes. Sweet cocktails and delicate desserts with fresh berries and fruits will impress any kid.

There is no dress code in the institution, so any passer-by can drop in here for a cup of coffee or a glass of refreshing lemonade.

Reviews

Most of the guests, having once visited the "Happiness" cafe in Moscow (addresses will be listed below), return there again and again. They like everything: menu, interior design, service. This place is especially liked by mothers with children and couples in love. The former are satisfied with the quality of the dishes and the polite attitude of the staff towards the kids; the second like the romantic atmosphere of the institution and relatively low prices. Many visitors choose this place for holidays.

However, there are also negative reviews. Guests of the restaurant complain that the taste of the dishes here is not up to par. Comparing this establishment with a similar St. Petersburg restaurant, visitors choose the second one, because they see better service and more friendly staff there.

By the way, it is the staff that causes a large number of negative impressions among guests. Visitors complain about sluggishnesswaitresses, their unfriendly, and sometimes simply boorish attitude towards the guests of the restaurant.
