Ingredients:

- kefir - 200-250 ml;

- sugar - 1/2 dessert spoon;

- soda - 1/3 dessert spoon;

Recipe for cheese cakes: cooking steps

  1. Pour yogurt into a bowl, pre-heated slightly either on a gas stove or in a microwave. Then you need to add soda and mix, let stand for a while, the fermented milk product should rise in the form of a “cap”.
  2. While kefir is coming up, take a separate container and lightly beat the eggs with sugar. Don't overdo it!
  3. Add the resulting mixture to kefir, mix. In addition, sunflower (olive) oil should be added to the dough at this stage.
  4. Sift the flour well, add to the dough and mix thoroughly.
