For the first, you need to select intact berries, peel them from the sepals and rinse thoroughly, then lay them out on a clean towel to dry, and then carefully place them in sterilized jars, pour boiling water and close the lids.

And when the mass becomes thick enough, it remains only to add juice and continue heat treatment until a homogeneous dough mass is obtained. When hot, it will need to be packaged and sealed in jars.
