They taste a bit like Ukrainian donuts. Therefore, it is especially suitable for soups and borscht. If you decide to pamper your household with garlic buns, then you need to prepare the following products. For the test: a glass of warm water, dry yeast - 2.5 teaspoons, two and a half glasses of flour, olive oil - two tablespoons, one teaspoon of sugar and s alt. For the garlic mixture: 5-7 garlic cloves, two tablespoons each of melted butter and olive oil, 1/4 cupchopped fresh parsley.

Cooking process

Start with yeast dough. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add olive oil. Separately, mix flour with sugar and s alt. We combine the ingredients and knead the dough. Add a little flour if necessary. We shift the dough into a bowl, cover with polyethylene and leave for 60 minutes. After that, roll it out and cut into thin long strips. Forming buns.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and put donuts on it. Leave for half an hour for them to come up. Then we send it to the oven and bake for a quarter of an hour at a temperature of 190-200 degrees until the buns are browned.

What do we need?

First, let's prepare all the ingredients: sugar - 2 tsp, 200 ml of water, dry yeast - 2 tsp, 1.5 tsp. s alt, 3 cups flour, 3 garlic cloves and a little vegetable oil.

Go to the cooking process

In warm water we breed yeast with sugar. Leave the mixture for a quarter of an hour. After this time, add a little vegetable oil (a couple of tablespoons) and s alt. Mix well. Then gradually add flour and knead a soft dough. We cover it with a towel or film and leave it in a warm place for about an hour and a half.

Divide the dough into several equal parts and roll them into balls. Lubricate the multicooker bowl with oil and put future buns in it. We turn on the “Baking” mode and bake our donuts on one side for 60 minutes. Then turn over to the other side and continue cooking for another quarter of an hour.

While the buns are baking, let's prepare the garlic mixture. To do this, we clean and finely chop the garlic, add two tablespoons of vegetable oil to it and mix well. You can also add finely chopped dill to the mixture.

What products do we need?

For cooking garlicbuns, we need the following ingredients: half a teaspoon of sugar and s alt, two tablespoons of olive oil, a chicken egg, 6 cups of flour, one cup of milk, a bag of dry yeast, a few cloves of garlic, a pinch of red hot pepper and 800 grams of millet porridge.

Mix the finished millet porridge with milk and use a blender to bring it to a puree consistency. We put the mass on a small fire and gradually heat it up.
