Chocolate Dough Cherry Pies
Two cups of flour, a tablespoon of cocoaand one hundred grams of powdered sugar mixed with s alt and baking powder, mix well, add two yolks and chilled grated butter. Oil will need about two hundred grams. It is better to place it in the freezer first. Then it will be easy to rub. Plastic and soft dough can now be formed into a ball, put in the refrigerator for an hour. The oven must be heated to one hundred and eighty degrees. Roll out the chilled dough into a thin layer, about three millimeters. Cut out blanks for pies with a round cutter. Place pitted cherries on one half and close with the second half, which is preferably dipped in a bowl of brown sugar. Lightly press the edges with a fork and transfer to a baking sheet. After all the pies have been transferred to the baking sheet, make small holes on the surface of the pies with a fork or toothpick. Bake ten to fifteen minutes. These original cherry pies are somewhat similar to cookies and can be made with other fillings such as blueberry or cottage cheese.
Cherry pie in a slow cooker
In the "Bake" mode, you will get an excellent fluffy cupcake. Cherry will give it juiciness. For two glasses of flour, you need to take one glass of sugar, two eggs, half a glass of milk, a bag of baking powder, eight tablespoons of sunflower oil. Whisk eggs with sugar. Add flour, keep beating. Then add milk, butter and baking powder. The dough should be thick enough. Grease the bottom of the multicooker bowl with butter. You can alsocover it with parchment - in some models of multicookers this is possible. Carefully pour the dough into the bowl and lay the prepared pitted and stalked cherries on top of it. It will take about three hundred grams. The Baking program must be turned on for sixty minutes. Check the pie is done and if it's not done yet, let it rest for an additional twenty minutes.
