It is also great for dressing, but it may well be used as an independent dish: it is a variant of adjika, caviar, etc. Spicy, spicy, this mixture of fruits and herbs will appeal to many lovers of appetizing snacks and will greatly help out more than one housewife! In their homeland, the Bulgarians call such dishes “Lutenitsa” and pass down their recipes from generation to generation. For the winter, a vegetable platter is made from a large amount of sweet pepper, mostly red (75-80% of the total mass of all components), tomatoes, taken in smaller proportions (25-20%), several pods of hot pepper, a head of garlic, 100 g of sunflower oils, sugar and s alt (15 g each). The consumption of products is indicated in the recipe for 1 kg of vegetables. How much more you take them, so much oil, sugar, etc. The composition of the dish also includes greens - by eye. Wash both peppers, remove seeds and cut into pieces. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Finely chop the greens and garlic too. Pour the mixture into the cast iron, boil over medium heat for 20 minutes, just stir. Separatelyheat the oil and pour into the vegetables, add sugar and s alt. Leave to cook for another 20-25 minutes, and then distribute into sterile jars. Boil them in a water bath: liter - half an hour, 0.5 liters - up to 25 minutes. Roll up, turn over, cover, let cool. Tomato spicy mixture is ready!

In the middle of the process, add chopped garlic, s alt, herbs (and sugar) to the mixture. Pack hot in assorted liter jars. Pour vinegar (a tablespoon full) into each and roll up. Turn over the banks, wrap them up, let them stand for a day.
