- two carrots;

- glass of sugar;
- one and a half glasses of vegetable oil;
- a glass of 9% vinegar;
- one st. teaspoon ground pepper (black);
- a bunch of dill and parsley.

Cooking process

We take zucchini, peel them and cut them into cubes. Pour into a large saucepan. Let's get to the carrots. We clean it, but cut it into thin circles. Add to the pot with the zucchini. Finely chop the parsley and dill. We send to the vegetables in the pan. Do the same with minced garlic. Season vegetables with sugar, pepper, s alt, vegetable oil, vinegar. We mix everything well. Let's stand for three hours.
After that, put the salad in sterile jars, cover with lids. We collect water in a saucepan up to the neck of the jar, put the salad to be sterilized for 30 minutes. Periodically check the condition of the dish. If rising bubbles appear in the jars, then it can be argued that the dish is ready.
When the zucchini marinated like milk mushrooms are ready, take the jars out of the pan. We turn them upside down, wrap them up, keep them in this form until the salad has completely cooled down.

It was previously mentioned that the list of products is different. Zucchini marinated for the winter can be cooked a little differently. It is even worth experimenting and choosing the set of components that you will like. We offer a version of the recipe, which is not significantly different from the previous one.
We will need:
- zucchini - one and a half kilograms;
- s alt - one tbsp. spoon;
- black pepper (ground) - 1/2 tbsp. spoon;
- sugar - three tbsp. spoons;
- vegetable oil - 1/2 cup;
- dill - bunch;
- vinegar 9% - 1/2 cup;
- garlic - 4-5 cloves.
Peel the zucchini, cut into fairly large slices, which should resemble slices of chopped mushrooms. If there is a loose core in zucchini, it should be cut out. If this is not done, then the effect of mushrooms will not work for us. But this is the main goal of this blank.
Cut dill. Peel and chop the garlic with a knife. Mix everything, leave at room temperature for three hours to marinate.
Now we lay out the prepared salad in sterile jars, cover with sterile lids, put in a large pot with warm water. The water level should not be higher than the shoulders of the cans. When the water boils, sterilize the zucchini for 5-7 minutes.
Banks are taken out, rolled up, turned upside down. You don't need to wrap them. In this position, leave until completely cooled. And only then we put it to be stored for the winter period in a cool place.
