- s alt - 1 teaspoon;
- soda - half a teaspoon.
Into a glass withpour soda with kefir and wait 10 minutes until it goes out. Sift the flour carefully. Pour kefir into the bowl in which we will prepare the dough, put s alt, sugar and pour the oil there. Mix well and gradually pour in the flour. Knead carefully until the mass stops sticking to your hands. We cover the finished dough with a film and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Cooking yeast dough, like in the Lak Pizza restaurant, only better
Ingredients:
- water - 1/2 cup;
- dry yeast - 1 sachet;
- vegetable oil (preferably olive oil) - 1 table. l.;
- flour - 200 g;
- s alt - 1/3 teaspoon.
Mix dry ingredients. We heat the water to 38 degrees, add oil to it, mix thoroughly. Pour the resulting liquid into a bowl with flour, yeast and s alt. Knead the dough until it stops sticking to your hands. Then we tighten it with cling film and leave it for 40 minutes.
Delicious tomato sauce
Of course, you can use ready-made ketchup, but we cook real pizza, not shangu with sausage and tomatoes. Let's compete in skill with the chefs of the Lak Pizza establishment.
Ingredients:
- Ripe tomatoes - 5 pcs
- Tomato paste - 1-2 table. l.
- Herbs: oregano, thyme, basil or your favorite - no regrets.
- Ground black pepper - optional.
- Vegetable oil - 2-3 table. l.
- Water - half a glass.
- Sugar - 40g
- S alt - 1/2 tspl.
Heat oil in a frying pan, put finely chopped tomatoes, simmer over medium heat until soft. Then add all the remaining ingredients to the tomatoes, mix thoroughly and continue the stewing process for about 10 minutes, reducing the heat. I assure you: even if you order a finished product at Lucky Pizza in St. Petersburg and compare it with what you ended up with, the comparison will not be in favor of purchased products. You will not regret the time and effort spent.
Cooking the classic "Margarita": like in the famous "Lac Pizza", only tastier
Ingredients:
- Pizza dough made by us.
- Our tomato sauce.
- Fresh tomatoes: cherry - 7 pcs. or the ones you like more - 4 pieces
- Mozzarella cheese - 200g
- Cheese "Parmesan" - 70 g.
- Fresh basil (preferably green) - 1 bunch.
Roll out the dough very thinly into a circle. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease a pizza pan with oil or line with parchment paper. We spread the dough in a mold and generously grease with our sauce. We lay cut tomatoes on top: cherry tomatoes - in half, others - in circles. Mozzarella cheese is also cut into circles and placed on tomatoes. Sprinkle everything on top with finely grated Parmesan cheese. "Lac Pizza" nervously smokes on the sidelines, seeing the masterpiece that we've made. We put this miracle in the oven and bake for no more than 10 minutes. A signal of readiness will be the appearance of a golden crust onedge. Decorate the finished pizza with basil leaves and serve.
