Step 2. We rub the meat with this marinade and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Step 3. Now let's prepare the salad dressing. Mix mayonnaise and remaining adjika.
Step 4. We take the meat out of the refrigerator and fry it whole on the grill.
Step 5. We cut cucumbers, tomatoes and onions, tear lettuce leaves with our hands. Transfer the vegetables to a deep bowl. Cut the meat into thin slices and add to the cucumbers and tomatoes.
Step 6. Dress the salad with mayonnaise with adjika, mix, arrange on plates and serve.
