Beer-based cocktails appeared on the Russian market not so long ago, while they have been produced in Europe for more than a decade, and they have gained their niche of popularity among local residents.

The first who began to make a beer drink are the French, who by their nature are real aesthetes and connoisseurs of the quality of alcoholic products. Beer seemed to them simply bitter, but in order to comply with the traditions of the Anglo-German culture, they were forced to allow this foamy drink to be sold, along with fine wines. Who specifically thought of mixing beer with lemonade is not known, and it doesn’t really matter, the main thing is that many people liked the resulting cocktail. A beer drink made in equal proportions was called "panache". He is still in demand among the population of France. At the same time, in modern catering establishments, the proposed beer drink has a modified recipe, therebyslightly different in taste from the original version. Sprite was made an alternative to lemonade, and a small amount of grenadine was additionally added to the cocktail.

But in Germany, a beer drink was invented under very curious circumstances. In the 1920s, a major cycling race took place in the city of Munich, the route of which included a visit to one of the local grocery stores. As a result, the store could not satisfy the needs of all cyclists for beer, and then its owner ordered the remaining beer to be diluted with lemonade - this is how the world-famous cocktail "Der Radler" was born.

No less famous in Germany is the Bismarck cocktail, which consists of beer and champagne. If you stick to historical factors, the above alcoholic composition was very fond of the chancellor, after whom he was named. In Europe, a beer product called "Red Eye" is also in great demand, which, although it contains incompatible components, such as tomato juice and beer, seems to many to be very spicy and unusual. Some, in order to increase the strength of the drink, prefer to add a little vodka to it.

In Australia, on the shelves of supermarkets you can find an alcoholic drink with a rather frightening name "Dirty Water", which translates as "Dirty Water". It contains cola, rum and light beer.

Most recently, Russia adopted a new technical regulation for the production of alcoholic beverages, according to which beer is something that is made on the basis of m alt, hops and water.
