Ingredients: 3 eggs, sugar (3 tablespoons + sugar for cream), flour (3 tablespoons with a slide), sweet water (may be with jam), sour cream, grated chocolate, honey optional, soda, pear.

Preparing pear cake:

  1. 10–15 minutes beat eggs with a mixer, put 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar and continue beating. Put soda (1 teaspoon). Whisk again. You can add honey. Put flour. Beat well again.
