  • half a liter of kefir or sour milk;

  • about 2 cups of flour.

  1. The first step is to make a dough. Warm up a little milk, add sugar and dry yeast to it, mix well so that the sugar melts. Pour a glass of flour, mix with a fork or whisk so that there are no lumps. Next, cover the bowl with plastic, leave on the table for 30 minutes.
  2. When the dough is ready, you can continue cooking. In a separate bowl, lightly beat the eggs, pour them into the dough.
  3. Add s alt and sunflower oil, stir.
  4. Pour in the rest of the flour, preferably sift it before. Knead the dough: it should be fluffy, watery and viscous.
  5. In a frying pan, you need to heat the sunflower oil well so that the dough does not spread much. To do this, heat the pan, then pour in the oil. Wait until it starts to sizzle, reduce the fire.
  6. Pour a few servings of dough into the pan with a tablespoon - future pancakes. You need to put it so that between them there is a place that would be enough for one more pancake.
  7. Put half a teaspoon of chocolate paste on each cake - no more needed, otherwise it will leak out and burn. Pour another tablespoon of dough over the pasta.
