Dough:

- one and a half liters. including dry active yeast;

- 4 cups all-purpose flour;
- 1 teaspoon fine s alt;
- half tsp vanilla extract;
- 1 egg.
Filling:
- quartercups pecans;
- 2 l. Art. brown sugar;
- 2 tbsp. l. sugar sand;
- half tsp ground cinnamon;
- 2 tbsp. l. uns alted butter, softened.
Blur:
1 egg yolk, beaten with a teaspoon of water.
How to prepare such products?
How to bake buns with sugar? First of all, you should prepare the dough. In a large bowl, heat warm milk and water by placing them in the microwave for thirty seconds on medium power. Add yeast and a tablespoon of granulated sugar. Whisk together until fully combined and leave until foamy, about ten minutes.
Add remaining granulated sugar and other dough ingredients while stirring. Once all the ingredients are combined, you should continue kneading with your hands until the dough is smooth and elastic. This will take about 10 minutes. Roll the dough into a ball and place in a lightly oiled bowl, cover and let rise for 3.5 hours.
While the dough is rising, heat a small skillet over medium heat. Add the pecans and cook, stirring often, until fragrant, 3 to 5 minutes. Transfer the nuts to a plate and let them cool. In a medium bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon and pecans. Postpone.
How to shape products?
When the dough has risen, line two baking sheets with baking paper. After the dough has risen, roll it into a sausage and cut into 12 equal pieces. Gently form each part into a ball, cover with cling film and leave for tenminutes.
Using a rolling pin, roll each piece of dough into a circle about 15 cm in diameter. Brush one side of the dough with oil and sprinkle about a teaspoon and a half of the nut filling in an even layer. Roll it up and pinch the ends together to form a teardrop loop.

- a third cup of warm water;
- glass of warm whole milk;
- 1 bag of instant yeast;
- 3 tbsp. spoons of granulated sugar;
- 3, 5 cups all-purpose flour;
- 1 l. hours of fine s alt.
For stuffing:
- 300 grams frozen raspberries;
- 3 cup granulated sugar;
- 1 tsp corn starch;
- 1 tsp fresh orange peel.
For topping:
3 cup chocolate spread (like Nutella).
How to bake raspberry buns?
Preheat oven to 180°C.
In a deep bowl, add all the ingredients for the dough and mix until fully combined. Turn on the mixer at medium speed and mix everything for five minutes or until smooth. Place the dough on a floured surface, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for ten minutes.
In a medium bowl, combine frozen raspberries with sugar, cornstarch and orange zest.
After the dough has risen, use a rolling pin to roll it out into a thin 25cm x 40cm rectangle. Spread the raspberry mixture evenly over it. Starting on the long side, roll the dough tightly into a roll, stopping in the center. Roll it up the other side as well, stopping when both ends touch each other in the middle. Gently squeeze them together.
Use a very sharp knife to trim the ends and then cut the dough into 10 equal pieces. Form heart shapes with your fingers.

- a glass of powdered sugar;

Eggless option

- bread orwhole wheat flour - 3.5 cups (may need a little more)
- instant yeast - 2 ¼ tsp;
- sugar - a quarter cup;
- s alt - 1 tsp;
- water - half a glass;
- milk - half a glass;
- yogurt - a quarter cup;
- uns alted butter - 5 tbsp. l.
For stuffing:
- uns alted butter - 3 tbsp. l. (softened);
- sugar - a quarter cup;
- cinnamon - 1 tbsp. spoon.
For frosting:
- powdered sugar - 1 to 1.5 cups;
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp;
- milk - 1 or 2 tbsp. l.

How to bake buns with sugar in the oven? First of all, you need to make the dough. Add milk, water and butter to a saucepan. Heat until mixture is warm and butter is melted.
In a separate large bowl, combine three cups flour, instant yeast, sugar and s alt. Add warm milk mixture and yogurt. Turn on the mixer at low speed and start kneading the dough. Slowly increase speed and mix all ingredients well until smooth.
Knead the dough and add the rest of the flour if necessary for smoothness and elasticity. Place the dough in an oiled bowl and cover. Place it in a warm, draft-free place so it can rise to double its volume.
Meanwhile mix sugar and cinnamon. Once the dough has doubled, carefully remove it and place it on the prepared surface. Roll it thinrough rectangle.
Spread the softened butter evenly over the dough. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar in an even layer, including edges and corners. Roll into rolls on both sides, bringing them together in the middle. Make marks with a knife and cut the rolled dough into 12 equal pieces. Make sure you use a sharp knife and make one light, quick cut.
Take one piece of cut dough and stretch it slightly, then pinch underneath to form a heart shape. Place it on a baking sheet. Repeat the same with the rest of the pieces. Cover the baking sheet with paper and let the products rise for 30-40 minutes.
How to bake buns? Preheat the oven in advance to 190 degrees. Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until golden brown. Let the buns cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes.
Combine the glaze ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour frosting over finished cookies while still warm and serve.
