These are special sweets. Presenting a bar of chocolate is no longer always solid, and you won’t surprise anyone with a box of chocolates for a holiday or in gratitude for a service. And Raffaello is a wonderful gift. Their sales in stores increase sharply every year on March 8 and February 14, and even those who do not like chocolate and rarely eat sweets other than Raffaello will be happy to receive a box as a gift. The price of these sweets is higher than other products with a similar composition. You have to pay extra for the brand, and they really taste great. So let's try to make Raffaello at home.
Several recipes have already been invented, according to which you can make your own Raffaello sweets in the conditions of your native cuisine. We will now analyze the one that allows you to get the taste closest to the original.
So, you will need:
- 1 white chocolate bar;
- 60 ml cream, at least 33% fat;
- 25g butter;
- 75g coconut flakes;
- whole nutsalmond;
- a little s alt.
- Chocolate pieces mix with cream and heat the mixture in a water bath (can be in the microwave). Wait for the chocolate to melt and let the cream boil.
- Cool to room temperature, add butter and 3-4 tablespoons of coconut flakes.
- Stir everything and refrigerate for a couple of hours. In order for the Raffaello sweets to turn out, the mixture must harden well.
- The mixture taken out of the refrigerator should be beaten with a mixer, so it will become airy and a little thicker. You can start modeling.
- Take pre-peeled and crispy roasted almonds, two teaspoons and shredded coconut. Sprinkle the saucer with shavings. With one teaspoon, pick up the white cream, with the second - transfer it to the shavings. Put the almond in the cream and form the ball again with the help of spoons. Roll the ball in coconut flakes.
Don't try to make big candies. Small ones are much more convenient.
That's it, homemade Raffaello sweets are ready! Their only difference from the original ones is that there is no waffle ball around the almond and cream core. But this does not affect the taste in any way, only the sweets turn out to be a little less crunchy.
This treat could be a hit on the holiday table. But if you are going to present sweets as a gift, it is better to take original candies in wrappers. And to make the gift look more spectacular, make a bouquet of Raffaello sweets.
For himmanufacturing will require floristic wire, corrugated paper, wrapping cellophane, ribbons, a glue gun and a little of your imagination. You can add other sweets to the bouquet, for example, chocolate hearts wrapped in foil.
Take Raffaello in transparent plastic wrappers. Tear the wrapper slightly on one side, apply hot melt adhesive there and insert the tip of the wire. Wrap the candy in a rectangle of corrugated paper, give it the shape of a "bell" and, if necessary, also fix it with glue. Then wrap with cellophane, laying it around the bud in wide folds. Tie the top with a ribbon.
Collect a bouquet from individual "flowers", adding some empty ones between the flowers with an edible core for splendor. Wrap the bouquet with corrugated paper and cellophane, tie it tightly with ribbon. The gift is ready.
