  • starch - teaspoon;

  • s alt and sesame seeds - to taste;
  • soy sauce - 6 tablespoons.

Preparing pork with peaches as follows:

  • lemon;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • soy sauce;
  • spice mix: Italian herbs, pink pepper, allspice, mustard.

  1. The pork fillet is beaten well, sprinkled with pepper and ground herbs.
  2. The same is done with chicken meat.
  3. Prepare the sauce with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, a teaspoon of mustard, lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

  • puff pastry - 600 grams;

  • 2 tablespoons of mustard;
  • garlic head;
  • a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil and 15 grams of butter;
  • sesame - 10 grams;
  • s alt and pepper optional;
  • pair of yolks.

And now the cooking itself:

  1. A whole piece of beef is s alted well.
  2. Vegetable and butter are heated in a frying pan. Thyme and garlic gruel are fried in an oil mixture. Stir constantly so nothing burns. The oil should be saturated with the aromas of thyme and garlic. And as soon as they begin to fry, they are removed from the pan.
  3. Now a whole piece of meat is fried in fragrant oil. It should be golden brown but still raw inside.
  4. As soon as the meat is "golden", it is transferred to a cutting board and peppered on all sides,smeared with mustard, wrapped in foil and left for half an hour.
