You will need:

  • a glass of yogurt,
  • one tablespoon of any vegetable oil,
  • flour,
  • a teaspoon each of baking soda and s alt.

To make kefir shawarma cakes, you need:

1. Add s alt, soda and oil to kefir. Stir everything.

2. Gradually add flour and knead the dough. It should be cool.
