- 1 cup whole milk;

The yolks are separated from the proteins, then whipped in a separate container until foamy. The flour is sifted, baking powder and yeast are added to it. The butter is also whipped to form a lighter, more delicate texture. Together with sugar, the butter is poured into the proteins, mixed well until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Already whipped yolks are poured into the container, the mixture is thoroughly mixed.
Milk is poured, vanilla is added, the contents are mixed again. Flour is gradually poured in a thin stream to avoidlump formation. When the mixture is mixed, the dough can be laid out in a mold.
Cooking biscuit
The dough is laid out in a mold pre-oiled. The oven must be preheated, after which a baking dish is placed there. After 30-40 minutes, you should check the readiness, this can be done with a toothpick. If the tip is dry, then it's time to take out the biscuit. To make it easier to release the cake from the mold, run a knife vertically along the edge.
When the biscuit for the "Royal" cake cools down, the necessary shape is cut out of it. It can be, for example, a rectangle. Cake "Royal" can be made in a more elegant form. The shape of the cake does not have to resemble a musical instrument, it can be a square, a circle, a spiral. The dessert will turn out to be multi-level, since the keys need to be cut much deeper.
Decor Ideas
When the shape of the piano is ready, proceed to the design. There are many examples and photos of Royale cakes with amazing designs. Most often, the entire cake is topped with hot icing or melted chocolate; you can use black, white or brown. The advantage of such decorations is their simplicity. Chocolate crumbles into small pieces, then heated, while you can add a couple of tablespoons of milk. Chocolate icing is made in almost the same way, only milk is heated, into which a few tablespoons of sugar and cocoa powder are added. All this is heated up until the consistency becomes absolutelyhomogeneous.
With the help of icing on a dessert, you can write a congratulation, draw keys, notes or a portrait of a birthday person. Often, fatal red or burgundy, soft pink color is used in the design of the Royale cake. Sometimes cream flowers are added on top of the piano, roses are the priority. Moreover, the image of the piano may just be a miniature accessory added on top of the cake.
Final Decoration
According to the Royale cake recipe, the chocolate keys must be put in before the icing has completely hardened. The keys are made from elongated chocolates (for example, Kit Kat), if these cannot be found in the store, then you can cut a regular chocolate bar. Alternatively, chocolate can be melted and poured into the desired shape of the container. And when they harden, spread on the form.
Notes can be drawn completely with icing or chocolate. They won't be as big. But such a cake will be easier to perform, look more elegant.
