- 500 grams of chard;
- 1/3 cup olive oil;
- 1 medium yellow onion, cut into small cubes;
- 5 medium garlic cloves, finely chopped;

- 3 canned beans, drained and rinsed;
- 1 1/2 cup vegetable or chicken broth;
- 1 tablespoon s alt;
- 1/3 cup coarsely chopped fresh Italian parsley leaves;
- 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar.
How to make it?

Place the pieces of beef in a large heavy-bottomed pot. Add chili powder and mix well. Add onion and pepper, stir and fry for 2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients except sour cream. Simmer over low heat until the meat is fully cooked. Serve drizzling sour cream over each serving. If desired, you can perform this recipe for cooking beans in a slow cooker.
Red beans with rice
This dish won't taste good without a good sausage. Also, remember that fresh beans need to be cooked slowly. - 1kg dried red beans;
- 600-700 grams of boiled-smoked porksausages, sliced;
- 1 cup finely chopped carrots;
- 2 large onions;
- 6 cloves of fresh garlic or 6 teaspoons minced;
- 2-3 bay leaves;
- 1 cup of rice;
- sugar;
- lemon;
- white vinegar;
- s alt and pepper.
Cooking beans with rice and sausage
Cook a cup of rice in 1 3/4 cups of water. Set aside.
Rinse the beans in warm water, then drain. Place a cup of finely chopped carrots and enough water to puree them in a blender.

Do not add more s alt until another 10 minutes have passed. Remember that sausage always contains s alt. Taste and adjust the spices by adding 1 teaspoon of vinegar. Continue to boil and stir every 10 minutes. After an hour of slow boiling, taste the beans. It should become tender, but should not fall apart. At this point, add the juice of half a lemon.
If you want to spice up the dish, put pepper flakes in it. Toss with boiled rice and serve.
Georgian dish - lobio
This is a popular dish made with beans and usually eaten with pickled vegetables and cornbread. The Georgian word "lobio" means "beans". There are many varieties and recipes for making lobio beans, below is the classic version. For it you will need:
- 400 grams of dried red beans;
- 100 grams of onion;
- 50 grams of fresh green coriander;
- 2 garlic cloves;

- a pinch of dried coriander;
- half teaspoon dried blue fenugreek;
- 3 bay leaves;
- 1 teaspoon black pepper;
- 70 grams of butter.
How to make lobio?
The Georgian bean recipe is as follows. Soak beans in cold water two hours before cooking. Drain the water and putlegumes, bay leaf and s alt in a deep saucepan containing 1.5 liters of water. Cook over medium heat until the beans are soft.

Serve with hot cornbread, ideally homemade. You can also make this dish in ceramic pots in the oven or oven. In this case, the original serving of the dish is also possible. Once the beans are in the pots, make a simple cornmeal dough and make lids out of it. Bake until the dough is ready, serve on the table in this form. You can cook lobio with the addition of any meat, including chicken. Serve hot only.
Spicy beans with rice

- 1 cup long grain uncooked brown rice;
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves.

Reduce the heat to medium and simmer until the beans are tender, about an hour and a half. Then put the sausage and rice, pour in the broth and cook until the cereal is ready. Remove from heat, remove bay leaf and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Beans with pork ribs
