Ingredients:
- 3.5 kilograms of tomatoes;
- 1 kilogram of carrots;
- 4 bell peppers;
- 3 chili peppers;
- 2 large heads of garlic;
- parsley and dill;
- 1 cup granulated sugar;
- 1 glass of sunflower oil;
- s alt.
Spicy salads for the winter, like this one, can be prepared without eggplant, its taste and spiciness will not change. Meaty tomatoes are washed, cut into halves.
