Wine was made in the Crimea more than two thousand years ago. The Greek colonizers played a significant role in this. They immediately appreciated the dignity of a generous and fertile land. The latter save the vineyard fields from harsh winds and unexpected frosts, allowing the berries to reach full ripeness. It is here that the product grows, from which the unique Inkerman wine is later produced.

It contains dry, semi-dry, semi-sweet and dessert varieties, fortified (port wines), as well as sparkling wines, champagne. Among the variety of species, anyone can find a suitable option for themselves. Wine "Inkerman" is able to satisfy the tastes of both the amateur and the most sophisticated gourmet. The richness of the assortment is also due to the fact that wines are produced both white and red. They can be young and seasoned. One thing is invariable: they are always very tasty, with a unique aroma composition. However, it is worth noting that grape drinks are not the only Inkerman product. In addition to them, delicious apple wines are on sale. They do not have a large fortress and are distinguished by a democratic price.

Production with half a century of tradition

The Inkerman winery is located not far from Sevastopol, in the tunnels of old quarries. The company was founded in 1961 and at first was engaged only in the production of fine table wines. Since 1967, a workshop for the production of fortified products began to function. The plant operates according to standard technology, producing high quality products. Raw materials come to the enterprise from twenty Crimean farms. Then it goes through the appropriate processing and is sent for storage in the cellars. This is one of the most important steps in wine production. At a temperature of 12-16 degrees, the prepared mixture is aged in oak barrels for 2-3 years (depending on the type of drink). It is here that the future wine acquires its main taste properties. A large staff of specialists constantly monitors compliance with technological regimes, trying to conduct the production process in accordance with international norms and standards. Since 1980, the company has been operating a research laboratory that develops new types of products. Production is developing, and since 2000, about 45 different wines have been produced under the new Inkerman trademark.

A worthy competitor

The enterprise is gaining strength from year to year and graduallyenters the world market. In recent years, its geography has changed significantly.

Crimean wine "Inkerman" is supplied not only to various cities of Ukraine, but also to Russia, Germany, Poland. TM "Inkerman" already now has many high awards, which confirm the high quality of the products. Many experts and lovers of good drinks predict a great future for her. Already now from a small factory "Inkerman" has turned into a large industrial enterprise. Its production volumes are constantly growing, taking into account consumer demand. And in order to unify their product, the plant's technologists have developed a special branded bottle. It has a number of distinctive features. For example, a cork and a slightly concave bottom have the inscription "Inkerman", and a slightly convex trademark name can be felt on the label by hand. This eliminates the possibility of counterfeiting and once again emphasizes the individuality of the product.
