Druzhba porridge with milk is prepared with the following ratio of products: for 1 glass of cereal (millet and rice, mixed in equal proportions), we measure 5 glasses of milk. You can also cook such porridge in a slow cooker. How? Let's start cooking porridge "Friendship" with the preparation of millet and rice. Wash one multi-glass of mixed cereals and leave in a colander, allowing it to drainexcess water. Then we shift it into a multi-pan and season with seasonings (s alt, granulated sugar). Pour the cereal with milk (5 multi-glasses). Gently mix the ingredients, close the lid of the electronic saucepan and set the “Porridge” program for 1 hour.

A very unusual combination of millet, rice cereal, dried apricots and pumpkin. It is this recipe for Friendship porridge that is my favorite. Cereals and fruit and vegetable additives will be prepared separately. Pour rice and millet into a measuring cup up to the 250 g mark. The resulting amount of cereals is sent under running water, after which we put it in a saucepan and pour in 600 ml of water. After s alting, put the bowl with this mass on the stove. Cook the porridge over low heat until the water boils away completely (about 10 minutes). In another pan, put the diced pumpkin (200 grams) and chopped dried apricots (70 grams). Pour the products with milk (600 ml) and boil over low heat for 10-12 minutes. We put the cooked porridge into a pan with pumpkin and keep it on fire for another 10 minutes. You can use butter, sugar, jam, honey or jam to season the finished dinner.

Porridge with chicken egg

Now let's introduce a new ingredient into the Friendship porridge recipe - a chicken egg. This will allow us to give the dish a new interesting taste. We act as follows: we take 50 grams of washed rice and millet and put them in a saucepan. Pour in 300 ml of milk and 50 ml of cold water. We put the pan on the stove and add a little s alt and granulated sugar. Cook porridge over low heat for about 50-60minutes. Then turn off the burner and add a spoonful of butter and beaten egg yolk. Knead and, having covered with a lid, let it brew for 2-4 minutes.

Porridge "Friendship" in the oven

Having tried all the possible options for preparing a rice-millet dish, we can still use the Druzhba porridge recipe in the oven. Here we act like this: we measure one and a half cups of cereals and, after washing, put them in boiled water (2 cups). After s alting, cook for 20 minutes on low heat. Then we heat a liter of milk in a cauldron, put boiled porridge, sugar and butter (to taste) into it. Without covering with a lid, send to the oven (250 degrees) for 20-30 minutes.
