  • honey - ½ tsp;
  • nutmeg (ground) - ½ tsp;
  • sugar - ½ tsp;
  • acetic essence - 15 ml (if you add apple cider vinegar, then you need 50 g);
  • garlic - 60 gr.;
  • optional hot red pepper - 1 pc.

To avoid skins in the sauce, dip the tomatoes in boiling water for 3 minutes, then in cold water and peel. Cut vegetables into quarters and place in a bowl. Simmer the tomatoes covered for about 20 minutes. They should soften completely.

Meanwhile, cut the apples, peel them from the ponytails and the core. It is advisable to cut them offpeel. Pour some water into the pan, put the apples in and cook until completely softened.
