Wash the pumpkin well, but do not remove the skin. Just cut the vegetable into large slices. In a heated frying pan, melt the butter and fry the pulp on it. Add minced garlic and rosemary to pumpkin. The pulp is cooked for five minutes. Then add a spoonful of honey. We continue cooking until the honey mass caramelizes. At the end, you can add quite a bit of s alt.   • two carrots;
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil;

To make soup we need vegetable broth. Boil the celery stalk and onion in lightly s alted water. Next, we need a saucepan with a thick bottom. Pour oil into it and heat it up. Finely chop the onion and carrot. Once the oil is hot, add the onion to the pan and quickly fry until translucent. Then add the carrots and fry the vegetables together without covering with a lid. Products should not be stewed, but fried. Cut the pumpkin into cubes and also send it to the pan. We cover the container with a lid on top and simmer the products until the pumpkin becomes soft. Immediately after that, pour the hot vegetable broth into the pan. The liquid should lightly cover the vegetables. Close the container with a lid and continue to cook over low heat for another fifteen minutes. After we turn the mass into a puree with an immersion blender.

For cooking, take a beautiful round pumpkin. We wash it and cut off the top cover. Next, we take out the seeds and fibers through the resulting hole. We cut the meat into equal small cubes and fry in vegetable oil. Cut the onion into slices, and divide the mushrooms into four parts. Then we cook them together in a pan.

Peel and cut the potatoes, put them on the bottom of the pumpkin. Layer meat, onions and mushrooms on top. S alt the products and add ground pepper.   • powdered sugar (55g);
  • 1 tsp soda;
  • water (85 ml).

To prepare sweet candied fruits, cut the peeled pumpkin into large cubes. We shift the pulp into a deep salad bowl and fill it with water and soda. We leave the pumpkin in the solution all night. In the morning, drain the liquid and dry the pumpkin slices on a napkin or in the oven on a wire rack. We put a pan with a thick bottom on the stove and cook sugar syrup in it. Turn off the heat and transfer the pumpkin to the hot mass. After three or four hours, we throw the pieces into a colander, and pour the syrup into another bowl. Cut the lemon into slices and transfer it to the sugar solution. Pour the syrup over the pumpkin and bring the mass to a boil. After we leave to cool candied fruits in sugar.
