Cherry cognac pie
Ingredients: two hundred grams of butter, six hundred grams of flour, three yolks, one hundred grams of sugar, half a glass of sour cream, one pack of baking powder, one tablespoon of starch. Filling: seven hundred grams of cherries, two hundred grams of sugar, two tablespoons of cognac.
First of all, you need to prepare the dough. To do this, the butter is softened and rubbed with flour. Beat the yolks with sugar, add sour cream, flour with butter, starch, baking powder, knead the dough and leave it for forty minutes in a cold place.
Meanwhile prepare the stuffing. To do this, cherries are mixed with sugar.
After time the dough is divided into two parts (unequal). A large one is laid out in a greased form, making sides, cherries are placed on top, sprinkled with cognac. Then the remaining dough is divided into two equal halves, from one they make a lattice on the pie, and from the second - an ear, which is attached along the edges of the product. Pastries are placed in the oven for forty minutes.
Shortcake with berries
Ingredients: half a kilo of blueberries, two hundred grams of sugar, two cups of flour, one egg, one yolk, two hundred grams of butter, one packet of vanilla.
The berries are washed, sprinkled with sugar and left for one hour. In the meantime, add two tablespoons of sugar, vanilla, softened butter, flour to the egg and yolk and knead the dough.
The finished dough is placed in a cold place for half an hour, then a quarter of it is set aside, and the rest is rolled out and placed in a greased form, making sides. Abovepour the berries and cover with the remaining dough, making a lattice out of it. The product is baked for forty minutes.
Pie with cottage cheese and berries
Ingredients: 70 grams of butter, 150 grams of biscuits, 230 grams of fat cottage cheese, 1 tablespoon of vanilla, 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar, 300 grams of sour cream, 3 cups of cherries, 8 tablespoons of currant jam.
Biscuit crumbs are combined with pre-melted butter, mixed well, placed in a mold and put in a cold place for half an hour.
Meanwhile, whip the cottage cheese, add powdered sugar, vanillin and mix well again. Sour cream is also whipped with a mixer until it holds its shape, then added to the curd. The resulting mixture is laid out in a mold (on top of the crumb) and again put for half an hour in a cold place.
After time, cherries are spread on top of a layer of sour cream and poured with currant jam. The berry pie is ready.
