Korean Snack Salad

Required ingredients:

  • 30 ml vinegar (9%);
  • medium bulb;
  • spices (pepper, s alt);
  • two carrots;
  • 1 tsp sugar;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds;
  • one sweet pepper;
  • 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce;
  • parsley - 2 branches;
  • a small zucchini;
  • 1 tbsp l. vegetable (refined) oil.

Cooking:

  1. Where do we start? We take a young zucchini. Rinse it with tap water. There are no seeds in it, so just cut into cubes (along with the peel).
  2. Remove the husk from the bulb. Grind the pulp into thin half rings.
  3. Clean and wash the carrots. What's next? We rub it on a grater,using a special attachment for Korean carrots.
  4. My pepper. We remove the internal partitions and seeds. Cut into thin strips.
  5. Parsley can be chopped with a knife.
  6. Cut the peeled garlic cloves into thin slices.
  7. Send chopped vegetables to a bowl: onions, carrots, zucchini and peppers. We mix. Add garlic, chopped parsley, sesame seeds and spices. Mix again. Pour the above amount of vinegar, oil and soy sauce there. We mix. The resulting mass is removed on the middle shelf of the refrigerator. There, the future salad should stand for 2-3 hours. During this time, the vegetables will be saturated with spices.

Cabbage Snack Salad: Winter Recipe

Grocery set:

  • 1, 5-2 cups table vinegar;
  • 5 kg white cabbage;
  • 3-5 tbsp l. s alt (to taste);
  • sunflower oil and sugar - one glass each;
  • sweet peppers - 1 kg;
  • onions and carrots - one kilogram each.

Cooking instructions

Step 1. We wash the carrots. We pass through the grater using a nozzle with large holes.

Step 2. We remove the husk from the bulbs. Cut the pulp into thin half rings.

Step 3. We wash the peppers in running water. Remove inner seeds. Chop into slices.

Step 4. We take white cabbage. Carefully remove the top leaves. We chop them finely, then press them with our hands.

Step 5. In a large bowl, put the chopped vegetables - peppers, cabbage, onions and carrots.

Step 6. In a separate bowl, mix the required amount of vinegar, oil, sugar and s alt. Pour the vegetables with the resulting marinade. Stir.

Step 7. We got a juicy and appetizing salad "Snack" from cabbage. You can put it in a deep plate and serve it to the table. There is another option - roll up for the winter. First, sterilize the jars for 20 minutes. We spread the previously prepared salad in them. We roll up the lids and roll up. As you can see, everything is very simple.

Practical part

Step 1. We wash red and yellow peppers in running water. We cut in half. We extract the seeds and internal partitions. Grind the pulp into strips.

Step 2. We clean the onion from the husk. We only need half. We cut it into half rings.

Step 3. A piece of rye breadshould be cut so that cubes of 1 x 1 cm are obtained. We send them to the pan and fry them dry, that is, without oil. As soon as the pieces are browned, turn off the fire.

Step 4. Put the onion in a deep plate. Pour in water and lemon juice. Let's take 10 minutes. This will be enough time for the onion to marinate.

Step 5. Hard boil the egg. Cool, remove the shell. Cut not very finely.

Step 6. Now let's take a s alted herring. Grind the fillet (preferably in thin strips).

Step 7. Cheese must be cut into cubes.

Step 8. At the bottom of a deep plate we place pickled onions and chopped peppers. Add pieces of cheese, eggs and herring. Fill with mayonnaise. We mix. Sprinkle with s alt and spices.

Step 9. We put the finished snack salad on a beautiful plate. You can use parsley sprigs or mint leaves as decoration.
