To do this, prepare a marinade from vinegar and water: 2-3 tbsp. l. 100 g. Pour the finely chopped onion with the prepared marinade and leave for 30 minutes. After the specified time, wash the pickled onion under running water and let the water drain. In a large bowl, put the heart, onion, herbs (dill and cilantro or parsley), mayonnaise. An example of one of the many hot dishes that can be prepared is pork heart fried with mushrooms. Any mushroom is suitable for its preparation. The basic cooking process is simple and takes a minimum of time. First, fry the onion a little. Add the heart, s alt and, stirring, fry over low heat for about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and herbs, mix, fry for another 3 minutes. Next, put the mushrooms, simmer for another 5-7 minutes, season with 2-3 tbsp. l. sour cream, stir. Simmer briefly, about 1 minute. Add s alt to taste. Ready! If desired, for a change, you can add garlic during the cooking process. But this is an amateur. An already delicious dish will become more spicy.
