In addition, a cake with cranberries in sugar is quite easy to prepare and is within the power of every housewife who wants to surprise her family.

To prepare the base you will need:

  • 2 cups wheat flour;
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder;
  • 0, 5 cups almond flour;
  • a teaspoon of soda;
  • half the s alt;
  • the same amount of cardamom and allspice;
  • glass of cocoa-powder;
  • twice as much sugar;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence;
  • glass of curdled milk;
  • 0, 5 cups vegetable oil.

For the cream you will need:

  • 0.5 kg butter;
  • 6 cups of powdered sugar;
  • 2 tablespoons almond liqueur;
  • same amount of milk;
  • half vanilla extract;
  • a teaspoon of s alt;
  • same amount of vanilla extract.

To prepare cranberries in sugar, prepare:

  • 2 cups berries;
  • 0, 5 teaspoons cardamom;
  • one and a half glasses of sugar.

Step 1. First of all, you need to prepare the filling for the future cake - cranberries in sugar. To do this, in a saucepan, combine half the prepared sugar with the same amount of water. Heat the mixture, stirring constantly, until all the crystals are dissolved.
