- 100 g each of canned corn and peas;
- 1 carrot;

- 3 tbsp. l. olive oil;
- black pepper, paprika, wine, s alt.
Step by step recipe
- First of all, you need to cook all the vegetables: drain the water from the peas and corn. We cut the carrots into medium-sized cubes, the roots of parsley and celery into small ones. Please note: garlic is not peeled, it will be cooked in the shell.

The following ingredients are needed:
- 80g each of onion and celery;
- 200 g sweet pepper;
- 210 ml dry white wine;
- 6 tbsp olive oil;
- 85ml vegetable broth;
- 3 garlic cloves;
- 5 sprigs of parsley;
- spices and s alt to taste.
First, let's deal with vegetables: wash them well, finely chop the celery and onion. Pour ½ part of the oil into the pan (from the totalquantities) and fry the chopped vegetables in it for about 5 minutes.
Peel the sweet pepper from seeds and partitions and cut into large strips. Add pepper to vegetables, stir and pour 125 ml of dry white wine into the mixture. After the wine has completely evaporated, add the broth or water, when the liquid has evaporated, s alt and pepper the vegetables and remove from the heat.
Three cloves of garlic (unpeeled) should be crushed with the side of a knife. In another container, heat the remaining oil on fire and put garlic in it, pour in 85 ml of wine, let it boil and immediately remove from heat. In this mixture, you need to bring the squid to readiness. Before serving, combine all the ingredients together and serve.
Roasted Brussels sprouts
One of the garnish options for squid can be fried Brussels sprouts. You will need the following components to work:
- 400g cabbage;
- 100g shallots;
- 20 ml vegetable oil;
- 1 sweet red pepper;
- ¼ tsp each s alt and pepper;
- 30g pine nuts;
- 50 ml balsamic vinegar.
Peel the cabbages, remove the stalk, cut in half. Finely chop and fry shallots in a saucepan until transparent (can be replaced with onion).
Sweet pepper must be washed, carefully de-seeded, cut into small cubes and added to the onion. We subject the product to heat treatment,until it becomes soft. We remove the fried vegetables on a plate, and place the cabbage heads cut down in the pan. Fry them for five to seven minutes, and then stir until they are browned on all sides. Combine the vegetables together and simmer for a few more minutes. At the very end of cooking, pour in balsamic vinegar, mix and remove from heat. In another pan, lightly fry the cedar tails, transfer to a saucer, let cool. We decorate the finished dish with them.
