Shrimp pasta is a delicious dish that many people like. You can experiment a little and include fresh leafy spinach, tomatoes, and a vodka-based sauce in the recipe. It is best served Italian-style with fried bread and garlic or with vegetable salad and red sauce.
First, make sure you have all the ingredients you need:
- 1 pack of your favorite pasta;
- 1 teaspoon (tea) of s alt;
- 15 large shrimp, peeled;
- 1 packet fresh leafy green spinach;
- 2 cloves fresh garlic (chopped);
- 1/2 cup dried tomatoes, chopped;
- 1 glass of any white wine;
- 2 glasses of vodka;
- 2 tablespoons (tbsp) olive oil;
- 4 tablespoons grated cheese.
So, shrimp pasta, cooking:
Bring water to a boil and put a package of pasta in it, add a teaspoon of olive oil and a teaspoon of s alt. Prepare pasta as requiredinstructions on the package. Be sure to make sure that it is completely ready.
While the pasta is cooking, mince the garlic and dried tomatoes. Fry them with 2 tablespoons of olive oil for 1-2 minutes, letting the aroma fill your home.
Once the garlic and tomatoes are fried, add a glass of white wine along with 15 shrimp. Fry them for five minutes and bring the wine to a boil, then reduce the heat. Once the shrimp are almost fully cooked, add the entire package of chopped spinach. After the greens have reduced in volume, add 2 glasses of vodka, mix and continue to simmer over low heat.

Drain all water from the pasta and throw it into the sauce, mix well. Divide the cooked dish between plates and sprinkle with grated parmesan. That's it, shrimp pasta is ready, enjoy!
There is another option for preparing the described dish. Its difference is that the filling can be any meat of your choice - like shrimp, chicken or even pork. The recipe below uses shrimp pasta with unusual ingredients as an example.
Ingredients for 2 servings:
- A small piece of butter (optional).
- Cooking oil.
- 1 medium leek (chopped).
- 400 grams canned pears, cut into small piecespieces.
- 80-100 grams of pasta.
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme (to taste).
- Pepper and s alt to taste.
- 50g (¾ cup) fresh grated cheese.
- A handful of peeled shrimp.
Place the saucepan on the stove over low heat. Pour some vegetable oil into it, or melt a stick of butter (if using) before adding the leeks, pears, and shrimp. Season with pepper and s alt, add thyme, and then sauté for a while.
Place the pasta in a pot of boiling water. A few minutes before they are fully cooked, quickly remove them from the heat and drain the water.
Put the pasta into a saucepan containing the leeks, pears and shrimp. Pour in some water and then sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Once the cheese has melted, mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
