In a blender, process herbs, garlic, onion, lemon juice, add olive oil in a stream. Beat until smooth. Pour the turkey fillet with this mixture and keep in the refrigerator for an hour. Preheat the oven to two hundred degrees. Place the fillet along with the marinade (aka sauce) in a baking sleeve, put it on a baking sheet, carefully on top so that the juice does not leak from the inside, pierce a few holes in the sleeve with a pin to release steam.
Bake the turkey fillet in the oven for forty minutes, then open the bag and drain the sauce. Bake until completely browned, increasing the temperature. Let the meat rest for ten minutes before slicing. May be served.
The third way to bake turkey fillet in the oven
Needed for marinade: two tbsp. spoonsbrown sugar and s alt, bay leaf, three glasses of water, allspice. Two turkey fillets - about one and a half kilograms, two tbsp. spoons of honey and olive oil, according to Art. a spoonful of soy sauce and paprika, a teaspoon of black ground pepper. Prepare a mixture of all the ingredients for the marinade. Clean the turkey breast from films and tendons and send it to the refrigerator for a day, after filling it with prepared sauce. Then rinse with cold water, dry with a napkin and coat with glaze, mixing honey, olive oil, paprika, pepper and soy sauce for this. Marinate for another day in the refrigerator. Then roll the meat and tie with threads. Cover a baking sheet with baking paper, lay out the fillets and bake at a temperature of one hundred and sixty degrees for an hour and a half. Approximately once every half an hour, pour the meat with the resulting juice. Let cool for ten to fifteen minutes and cut for serving.
