- an unusual sauce is made with beer and honey: for 100 ml of olive oil you need half a glass of meat broth, half a glass of vinegar, 3 tablespoons of beer, a teaspoon of honey and marjoram, cumin, ground pepper and s alt.
"Bavarian" chicken salad
In addition to sausages, white lean meat is often used in traditional German dishes. It is gentle yet nourishing. It is also part of Bavarian salads.
