So, this recipe involves the use of the following products: two bananas, 50 grams of butter, three eggs, a can of condensed milk, 150 grams of wheat flour and three tablespoons of sugar. You can also use walnuts for sprinkling.

To begin with, let's prepare a biscuit for our roll. Break eggs into a bowl, add sugar. Beat with a mixer until peaks form. We begin to gradually introduce flour. It is best to do this through a sieve. Mix carefully. The dough should be airy.
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Lubricate with vegetable oil. Pour the resulting dough, distributing it evenly over the surface. Its height should be about 0.5-1 cm. We send our future biscuit to an oven preheated to 180 degrees. It will bake for about 10-15 minutes.
At this time, you should start preparing the filling. Add softened butter to the condensed milk. Stir until the mass becomes homogeneous. Bananas are peeled and cut into several pieces.
We take out the finished biscuit from the oven. Do not remove it from the pan and do not let it cool. Immediately cover the surface of the biscuit with condensed milk and butter. While preparing the base for the roll, let's get on with the syrup. Pour boiling water over sugar and stir. Adding liquoror cognac. If you wish, you can do without alcohol.
