To prepare funchose with seafood you will need:

  • 300 grams of broccoli.
  • One and a half liters of water.
  • 400 grams of funchose.
  • 150 milliliters of soy sauce.
  • 550 grams of a sea cocktail of mussels, shrimps, squids and octopuses.
  • One teaspoon dried garlic.
  • 90 grams of peanuts or almonds.
  • ¾ tsp granulated sugar.
  • S alt.
  • One tsp. ground black pepper.
  • Refined vegetable oil.

Broccoli should be washed and separated into florets. Frozen product is usually already prepared and this step can be skipped.

Bring one and a half liters of water to a boil in a convenient saucepan, after whichadd a few pinches of s alt to it. Send the broccoli florets into the boiling liquid and cook for 4-6 minutes (the time depends on the size). Throw the prepared cabbage into a colander and immediately pour over ice water, then leave to drain.

Place funchose in a deep container and pour boiling water over it so that it covers the product by 2-3 centimeters. Leave the ingredient for 5 minutes, then drain in a colander.

Send the pan with vegetable oil to the fire and heat well. Place a sea cocktail (frozen or chilled) in it and cook for 5-7 minutes. Drain all the liquid that has formed, throwing the mixture into a colander.

Prepare the gravy: combine soy sauce with ground black pepper, sugar, dried garlic and a few pinches of s alt. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Pour a little more oil into the pan and put it back on the stove. Place a sea cocktail and funchose into the heated fat. Pour the prepared gravy over the products and mix. Add broccoli florets. Again, carefully, trying not to damage the delicate structure of seafood and funchose, mix all the ingredients. Cover the pan with a lid. Cook over moderate heat for 2 more minutes.

Chop the nuts into small pieces and add to the dish. Remove the skillet from the heat and distribute the contents among the plates. Chinese noodles are eaten hot. After cooling, it loses its taste, and its structure is broken.
