- one chicken egg;
- 100 grams of sugar (regular beetroot);
- 100 ml low fat sour cream;
- 2 tablespoons unflavoured sunflower oil (refined);
- 80-100 grams of premium wheat flour;
- 4 level teaspoons of cocoa powder;
- 1 teaspoon without a slide of any baking powder (you can just soda);
- 250 grams of non-sour curd;
- 200 ml cream;
- 100 grams of powdered sugar;
- 20 grams of gelatin;
- 40 ml cleanboiled water;
- 200 grams canned pitted cherries.
