This is one of the drinks containing fanta or orange juice. There are several varieties of this drink.
Quick drink recipe
To prepare the Bubaleh drink, you need to take the following products:
- 1, 5 liters of orange fanta;
- half a liter of lemon juice;
- canned peaches;
- two tablespoons of sugar, brown is best.
The first action is to dissolve granulated sugar in a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice. After that, you can start cooking.
What is bubaleh? This is not only a delicious drink, but also a beautiful decoration for the table. Therefore, you need to lay out everything at once in portioned glasses. To begin with, the peaches are separated from the juice in which they were located. Now start laying out all the ingredients.
A peach is placed at the bottom of the glass, a teaspoon of juice from it. Then put a teaspoon of sugar and lemon juice syrup, pour 50 mllemon juice and 150 ml of fanta. Ice can also be added as this bubaleh recipe is meant to be served cold.
Bitter spicy drink

How to cook bubaleh?
To begin with, the skin is separated from the lemon and orange. Orange and lemon squeeze each into a separate bowl. The skins are poured with boiled water, about one liter, and sent overnight in the refrigerator. Then the soaked zest is taken out, passed through a meat grinder and put back into the same water.
Now prepare the ginger. It is peeled and rubbed on a grater. Pour two liters of water and send to a slow fire. After the mixture boils, add lemon juice and cinnamon, cook for about ten more minutes.
Now you can combine orange water and ginger decoction. When the mixture has cooled, the drink can be strained and served. Since there is no sugar here, the name bitter bubaleh is quite justified.
Sweet drink:refreshing
To make sweet bubaleh we need:
- two oranges;
- teaspoon of citric acid;
- 300 grams of sugar.
The cooking principle is similar to the previous one. Oranges are peeled, poured with water and sent for seven hours in the refrigerator. Then the crusts are taken out, scrolled through a meat grinder and sent back into the water.
In a separate saucepan, citric acid and granulated sugar are mixed in two liters of water. Bring the mixture to a boil. Then they are introduced in a thin stream into water with an orange, stirring constantly. When the mixture has cooled, it is strained and served over ice.
Original bubaleh recipe
To make a fruit cocktail, you need to take the following ingredients:
- one lemon, one orange and one grapefruit each;
- some fresh mint;
- sugar syrup;
- carbonated water;
- any juice.
All ingredients are taken to taste. First, combine the juice and syrup. It is best to take citrus juices. Fruits are washed, peeled, cut into slices and sent to syrup with juice. Add ice and then sparkling water. Cover the drink and shake. When serving, decorate with mint leaves.
