- 300 grams of sugar;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons lemon juice (or 2 teaspoons citric acid);
- two oranges.
First you need to peel the oranges, place the peel in a container and pour a liter of purified water at room temperature. Then put the container in the refrigerator overnight, during which time the peel will be saturated with moisture. Then you need to pull out the skin and pass through a meat grinder. We also chop the peeled oranges. The resulting mass must be transferred to a saucepan and poured with water, in which the peel was insisted.
Pour two liters of water into a separate bowl, bring to a boil, add sugar and add lemon juice (or citric acid), stirring thoroughly. The finished mixture must be introduced into the pan with the skin. Bring the drink to a boil, reduce the heat and boil for five minutes. It is also important to let the liquid brew and cool. Then strain.
