- water - 200 ml;
- vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;

- s alt;
- tomato paste - 100 grams;
- bell pepper - 1 piece;
- hard cheese - 100-150 grams;
- blue cheese - 50 grams;
- tomatoes - 2 pieces;
- onions - 100 grams;
- broccoli or cauliflower - 150g
How to cook
- First, dilute the yeast in water, and then add the rest of the ingredients for the base: flour and butter. Then we add. And now, the simplest, but at the same time incredibly tasty pizza dough is ready! We give the dough elasticity, kneading it with our hands, then we give it the shape of a kolobok and leave it warm for half an hour. - flour - 300 grams;
- egg - 2 pieces;
- mayonnaise - 80 grams;
- sour cream - 80 grams;
- tomato paste, ketchup (or any other vegetable sauce);
- hard cheese;

- greens (to taste).
Cooking order:

Preparing the necessary ingredients:
- wheat flour - one and a halfglass;
- water - 100 ml;
- sunflower oil - 7 grams;
- yeast - 1 teaspoon;
- s alt;
- mozzarella - 200 grams;
- tomatoes - 2 pieces;
- champignons (you can take any other mushrooms) - 90-100 grams.
Cooking method:
- In warm water we breed yeast. Leave warm for about 30 minutes.
- Pour flour into the same bowl, add vegetable oil, add s alt.
- First, mix the dough with a spoon, and then knead with your hands. It should be elastic. We put the dough in a warm place for a couple of hours so that it increases in volume.
- After that, roll out the pizza dough in the shape of a flat circle. We put it on parchment paper, which must first be greased with oil so that the pizza does not stick.

- rice flour - 160 grams;
- corn flour - 160 grams;
- flax flour (can be replaced with flax seeds) - 40 grams;
- half a lemon;
- soda - 1/2 teaspoon;
- various seasonings - a couple of pinches;
- tomatoes - 400 grams;
- sweet pepper - 100 grams;
- red onion - 1/2 head;
- olives - 1/2 can;
- tofu - 200-250 grams;
- tomato paste (or ketchup) - 4 tablespoons;
- arugula - bunch.
Cooking steps:
- Mix all types of flour, except flaxseed, along with spices and soda - this will be the basis for our pizza.
- Pour flaxseed flour or seeds into a separate bowl. Add some hot water there and let stand for a while to get a mixture of viscous consistency.
- Combine the contents of two bowls and mix well. Then add lemon juice and a little water to the almost ready dough. It should be elastic and slightly sticky.
- Now you need to roll out the resulting dough in the form of a pizza base. It is easier to do this if you dust the dough and rolling pin with a little flour.
