- Mix everything, add cumin and black pepper (peas), put in a jar.
- Brine: mix 300 ml of hot water (boiled), a pinch of sugar, 2 tablespoons of vinegar 9%, 1 teaspoon of s alt with a slide.
- Pour brine into a jar with cabbage and carrots, let out excess air from the jar (you need to pierce the cabbage with a stick to the very bottom several times) and close the lid.
- Put the jar in the fridge.

- Separately hard boil 3-4 chicken eggs, cool and finely chop.
- Add chopped eggs to the prepared cabbage, s alt and pepper to taste and mix thoroughly.
- Quick cabbage ready in 15 minutes.

This is a very fast cabbage in 15 minutes. A recipe for those who love canteen food or can't forget kindergarten lunch.
- Chop 1 kilo of cabbage finely.
- Onions, carrots (1 each) finely chop (grate) and lightly fry.
- Add chopped cabbage and 0.5 cups of any broth or water to the pan, s alt.
- Simmer until tender over low heat.
- You can also add chopped sausages, sausages, boiled meat, stew.
