After that, the resulting mixture is poured with purified water and alcohol and left to infuse for 20 days, while constantly rotating the containers.
They are turned all the time, not left in a calm state, in order for the essential oils contained in the herbs to completely dissolve. After 20 days, this infusion is filtered and mixed with wine. To raise the strength, alcohol is added to vermouth, as well as sugar to give a sweetish taste and preservation.
After the technological procedures, the resulting drink is frozen, gradually lowering the temperature to -50 °C. Then the mixture is again filtered, and after that it is slowly heated up to a temperature of +20°C. Ready vermouth is bottled and corked, after which it goes to retail.
