As we have already said, golden Bacardi are good in their pure form. For long drinks, we only add ice to make the distillate more faceted, punchy and refreshing. And with what is it better to drink Bacardi amber rum? Here is the original cocktail recipe. Calling this drink a mix is a stretch. After all, a glass of a Spice and Ice cocktail contains only ice cubes and rum. Dried fruits (washed and scalded) are served separately on a saucer. These are prunes and dried apricots, but you can also replace them with a tropical composition - dates and figs. Golden "Bacardi" can be used in those cocktails where light rum is indicated in the recipe. The caramel and vanilla notes of the distillate give the whole composition a slightly Caribbean touch.
