Recipes for this polenta are numerous. It can be done with any mushrooms: porcini, champignons, honey agarics. Let's prepare a dish with chanterelles. The basis is already cooked polenta. For sauce, you need to take: fresh or canned tomatoes, chanterelles, mushrooms, mozzarella, white wine, butter and olive oil, onions, seasonings. In a frying pan in olive oil, sauté the onion and garlic, pre-chopped. Add chopped mushrooms, tomatoes, saffron. S alt, pepper. Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Once the pan has been removed from the heat, add the parsley and thyme. Cut the cooked polenta into pieces. Anoint the form with oil, put polenta in it, and on it - slices of mozzarella cheese and ready-made mushroom stew. In the oven, hold the dish at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Add salsa, a small amount of water and simmer for a few minutes. We put melted butter in the form, on it - polenta, cut into pieces, sprinkle with parmesan on top, lay out a layer of meat filling, followed by another layer of polenta, cheese, minced meat again. The top layer can be anything. Sprinkle with cheese and drizzle with melted butter. In the oven, the cake will stand for half an hour at a temperature of 150 degrees.

In a frying pan, fry large pieces of garlic, peeled and chopped squid (shrimp), pour in a glass of white wine, evaporate. Add tomatoes. They should be freed from the skin and cut into small pieces.
