4. Half a small spoonful of soda to repay the lemon juice. Add to the dough and beat.
5. Pour the mass into a greased tall mold. Bake for half an hour. Check the readiness of the cake with a toothpick. Cut it into three parts and cool.
6. If you plan to make a taller cake, then you need to bake two cupcakes.
7. Spread each cake with cream. Apply mastic on the top and sides. Smooth it out carefully. Make flowers from multi-colored mastic. Decorate dessert with them.
