The fame of the brewers reached the emperor himself. Few have achieved such recognition, but the brave men of Trekhsosensky knew their job very well. So in 1910 they really deserved the "Supplier of the Court of His Imperial Majesty" award.
Decades later, the city where the successfully operating brewery was located was renamed Dimitrovgrad. The brewers of the enterprise used the European technology of classic brewing. The plant had equipment brought from Belgium, the Czech Republic and Germany, thanks to which the hard daily work of craftsmen was greatly facilitated, thereby inspiring them to create new varieties of Trekhsosenskoye beer.
Description
Beer "Trekhsosenskoye" (manufacturer: the plant "Trekhsosensky", located on the street 50 years of October, 113 in the city of Dimitrograd) is straw-colored with a medium-grained, not too persistent foam. Its aroma has rotten herbs, grainy sweetness, light marsh notes, oiliness and slightly rotten fruit.
This low-alcohol drink with a specific smell has a dirty color. A beer of moderately dense consistency with a taste of rotten grass, grainy sweetness, specific dampness and sulphurousness.
After drinking it for some time, the taste of quickly fading grain tones, slightly spoiled fruit, grassy notes and slight bitterness of hops remains in the mouth.
Onthe colorful label indicates the alcohol content, which is 4.5 vol., The initial gravity of the wort in this drink is 11 percent.
It should be noted that Trekhsosenskoye beer is brewed from selected barley m alt, artesian water and fragrant hops. The drink ripens at a low temperature.
